More Pictures.

And you doubted me?

Behold, Family Pictures from 2006 and 2004. My friend JD took the pictures in 2004 and I took them with the help of time delay, a tri-pod, and a setting that takes 6 pictures per go. Man, between the boy and the dogs it wasnt pretty, but it’s done.

Also, good news ont he job front. A major oil company in town has contacted me and we are set to meet next week. The position is as a stff attorney to the VP and Genreal Counsels office so I would be able to get in the loop on a little of everything. Absolutely perfect for what I want to do and the best possible start to a career in Tulsa that I can imagine. I’m trying dang hard not to get my hopes up, since there is still a long way to go before actual job landing. But good news none-the-less.

A few short points:

- Fall has come to Tulsa. Thursday it was 85 F and right now its 45. The leaves are amazing though, must have been perfect for them to slowly drain away the green.

- The Tulsa run was today, Kaldun and I were downtown near the finish line for scouts thing (Tulsa Council Oak), so the family might take the dogs adn head back down there for the bands, tents, and kid activitis. Sounds like a couple hours of fun anyway.

- Mark is out of town so the Tulsa Fets are house sitting. But no swimming :(

- Boat! Kevin found the part for our baot (long story) and today we are going to try and pop it in and get fishing. This coould be good. The short of it: We each went in to buy a small boat that is the size of a 16 foot john boat but configure with live well, steering well, decking and seats to be like a bass boat. It ran great and fished well. Until the electronics on the engine crapped out. It took over a month of searching to find the the part after spending a month having people guess at what was wrong (for $75 an hour). Dont buy a boat.

- Happy armistice/veterans day.

Anyway, enjoy the pictures.

- Jesse

  1. The family pictures are fun, but I wish you had a picture of Kaldun in his cowboy/Halloween gear! Also, after watching a day of sports on TV, I have come to the conclusion that Tulsa stinks, Iowa stinks, UNI stinks and the CHS volleyball team also lost but at least they gave it a good run since they lost in the championship tie breaker game.

  3. Good job with the family photos – there are definitely some in there deserving of a frame!!

Oh, and Iowa State kicks ass… Are you not aware of the 3-8 record this year? Luckily, only basketball counts anyways :0)

Jesse, I want to wish you good luck with the possibility of a new job, it sounds like something right up your alley. I know how frustrating it can be looking for employment, I’m going through a terrible time, but my situation is so much different then yours. I’m trying to keep a positive attitude, but sometimes it’s not easy. I’m going to check out your website now. Good luck again.

Nice pictures Jessie, you have a beautiful family. Tell Kelli and Kaldun hello for me. Kaldun is sure getting big, time flies when you’re having fun.

  1. Indispensable Fishing Gear…

There are certain pieces of fishing gear that I view as indispensable to many fishing situations, and some anglers may not have heard of them….
